• Recognize the value of their employees / our members as a critical part of their business success and have 

         agreed to and signed contracts.

• Are actively engaged in ongoing contract negotiations.

• Have yet to demonstrate interest in negotiations, along with the steps your Executive Board is taking to 

         bring them to the table.
